Back in Cambodia

This time, I returned not as the owner, but as a small shareholder, to take care of a few remaining matters and catch up with old colleagues. The new owner's representative, Mr. Du, was kind enough to pick me up at the airport, and Mr Lu, who used to be my factory manager still treats me as if I were the boss. He even kept my old room for me to stay in at the factory, although the room is not as tidy as it used to be.

“Inglourious Basterds” Reassemble !!

During my trip back to Taiwan, I had dinner with my best friends (we call ourselves "Inglourious Basterds"). Everyone is becoming a bunch of middle-age guys. But, some of them have become thinner—I couldn't believe it! I thought I was the only one getting fatter. I did a health check for my son's school application and literally broke my personal record for weight. I guess I will keep breaking records all the time in the future.

Learn to Sail

Although I am a land-based activity lover, since I am in Auckland —the City of Sails—I thought it would be a good opportunity to learn how to sail. Last week was my first class. Unfortunately, as I was getting out of the boat, I missed a step, and fell heavily to the ground. My wrist was hurt badly and will take some time to recover. I completed my second lesson yesterday, and am starting to understand the basics of sailing.
